Forgot your username?
If you do not remember your user name, you can find it in the confirmation email you have received during the registration. Furthermore, you can find your username in your mobile phone. To do so, open the synchronisation settings in your mobile phone. There you see the details of your SABiDU account. Your mobile phone needs to be configured for the synchronisation already for this. You can furthermore retrieve the information out of your SABiDU Sync Client. You have to have done a synchronisation of your email-client with your SABiDU account to do so.

How can I delete my SABiDU account?
Your SABiDU account can only be deleted by someone within the SABiDU team. If you do not use your SABiDU account anymore, please write us an email to
support(at)sabidu.net or use our contact form. Please include the user name which you have entered during your registration. After the security checking your account including all your data will be entirely deleted from our system.

How do I edit my calendar and my appointments?
You can edit your calendar after a successful registration/ a successful login to your account in your personal area. You can also edit existing appointments or add new ones here. Furthermore, it is possible to subscribe to event calendars and add the included appointments to your personal calendar. If you provide a SABiDU event calendar yourself, you can update and edit your event calendar in this area.

How can I add the appointments of a specific calendar to my calendar?
It is possible to take over the appointments of a specific calendar to your calendar individually. You can add single appointments or take over all appointments. Please find detailed information regarding this topic

Which features help assist me in editing my calendar and my appointments?
SABiDU enables you to manage your personal calendar with your private appointments and to create public event calendars. The features for creating and administering your appointments are available for both types of calendars. You can add new appointments to your calendar or edit existing ones. To do so, we offer you, amongst others, the following features:
Reminder: After the synchronisation, the settings will be effective on all end devices and you can select from predefined or user-defined settings.
Reminder + Sound: If the reminder to an upcoming appointment shall include a sound signal.
General appointment: Can also be set as a whole day appointment. Series of appointments: Individually definable series of appointments including specification of recurrence patterns, user-defined duration and end date.

How do I enter an appointment?
After a successful registration or a successful login you can enter as many appointments or series of appointments as you like into your personal calendar. You can find detailed information on this

How do I define recurrence patterns for my appointments?
If you want to enter recurrent appointments, you need to activate the function "Series of appointments" within the pop-up window in which you also enter all your other appointments. A detailed instruction can be found

How do I implement feedback channels into my event description?
You can implement feedback channels in the form of URLs, E-Mail addresses and/or phone numbers into your event description. If the events are synchronised with an end device, they will be displayed as hyperlinks. In this way, users can access the feedback channel with only one click which makes it easier for them to contact you in case they have questions regarding your event.

You can subscribe to a calendar in your personal area after a successful registration or a successful login. Just click "Subscribe to new calendars" in the section "Calendar". You will be redirected to the public calendars you can subscribe to. Please find detailed information on this
