Step 1: Create a SABiDU account

I Login data

Please enter your preferred username and your desired password for your account. A subsequent change of your username is not possible due to safety reasons. The user name must be at least 3 characters in length, but not more than 32 characters. Above that, it may not contain special characters.

II User data

Please enter "EMAIL", "FIRST NAME" and "LAST NAME" into the respective fields. The email address is required to send you a confirmation email after your registration and to send you e.g., legal information. After having completed the form, please choose the language for the use of your SABiDU Mobile Services. You can also set your time zone here.

III Confirmation of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Please read our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy thoroughly and confirm them by check marking the empty box.

IV Create account

After filling in the required fields, your SABiDU account can be created by clicking "Create my account.“ You will instantly receive a confirmation email. After receiving the confirmation email click on the conformation link to complete the registration and configure your mobile device. If the conformation link does not work, please copy and paste it into the URL line of your browser.

The following window opens.

You also have the possibility to configure your mobile phone any other time in your SABiDU account.
Another option is to configure your mobile phone manually. Information on how to do so is available in the manual of your mobile phone vendor. We recommend to configure the mobile phone with the automatic configuration SMS; this is the easiest way. Please note that our service is currently only compatible with synchML(over the air)-capable mobile phones. We are already working on expanding our services for other mobile phones.

Step 3: Synchronisation

The synchronisation of your contact and calendar entries and notes with your SABiDU account is very easy and done in few minutes.

1. Select the synchronisation function in your mobile phone.
2. Select the profile: "SABiDU Sync" (in some cases "Server Synchronisation")
3. Start the synchronisation by clicking on "SABiDU Sync" or highlight the function and activate the synchronisation via the button Options and "Start". If you are asked which data you would like to synchronize, please select contacts, calendar and/or notes. Click "Done" to synchronize the selected data.
The synchronisation is initiated and your data are being transferred.
